SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Solaire Beauty. We want your order to reach you as smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about processing, shipping, tracking, and cancellations.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
During launches, sales, festive periods, or other high-volume days, processing may take a little longer. We’ll always do our best to get your Solaire favourites on their way as quickly as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery time will depend on your location and the courier service available in your area.

Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro Cities: 2–3 business days after dispatch
Other Locations: 3–5 business days after dispatch
These timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email using the contact details provided at checkout.
You can use the link to follow your order and view its latest delivery status.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Our fulfilment process begins shortly after an order is confirmed so we can get it packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
We recommend double-checking your products, shades, quantities, shipping address, and contact details before completing your purchase.
